Jérôme Broche is Deputy Head of the unit in charge of fisheries management in the Mediterranean and Black Sea at the European Commission. His activities focus both on the definition and implementation of the Common Fisheries Policy applicable to the Member States of the European Union for the Mediterranean and Black Sea basins, but also on the international dimension of fisheries management in these basins through the active participation of the European Union in the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM).
