At COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, Tunisian Talents United is partnering with the Ministry of Environment to organize a parallel event titled « Optimistic Talents Facing Climate Change in Action. » From November 14 to 16, this event will bring together talents from all over the world, including three innovative startups, five young professionals, and seven climate experts, all united by the common goal of finding tangible solutions to climate change.
The event aims to be a true idea laboratory, where optimism and action combine to offer innovative solutions to the climate crisis. The interactive format allows participants to showcase their projects, share experiences, and collaborate to amplify the impact of their initiatives. In an era where international climate discussions are often marked by political tensions and slow decision-making, Tunisian Talents United aims to inject a spirit of hope and cooperation.
COP29, which focuses on climate finance, occurs in a context where trillions of dollars are needed to support the global energy transition and protect vulnerable populations. This parallel meeting seeks to catalyze grassroots initiatives while highlighting local and innovative solutions led by youth and climate entrepreneurs.
