Marsa Maroc, a leading port operations company in Morocco, has reached a new milestone in its expansion. The company has recently been selected to manage terminals 1 and 5 at the Port of Cotonou, Benin, through a delegated management arrangement.

This selection, the result of an international tender process organized by Bénin Manutentions S.A., marks the beginning of Marsa Maroc’s internationalization efforts. The award of this delegated management demonstrates the confidence placed in Marsa Maroc to enhance port operations in Benin. A delegated management agreement will soon be concluded between Marsa Maroc and Bénin Manutentions S.A., solidifying a promising partnership. As part of this collaboration, Marsa Maroc will leverage its expertise to oversee the startup and operations of terminals 1 and 5.
