This conference is designed and hosted by the Université Internationale de la Mer (UIM), with the support of the City of Cagnes-sur-Mer, in collaboration with the Department of Ecological Transition and Environment of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and is labeled “Mer en Commun – Year of the Ocean” by the French Ministry of Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forests, the Sea and Fisheries.*
