TangerMed Continues Its Ascent in the Global Container Port Rankings
TangerMed has strengthened its position as a leading port in Africa and the Mediterranean, climbing two spots in the latest global container port rankings published by Alphaliner, a specialized maritime transport data and analysis company.
In its newly released list of the world’s top 30 port complexes, TangerMed now ranks 17th globally, handling 10.24 million TEUs in 2024, compared to 8.61 million TEUs in the previous year.
