Meeting Santa Claus He shows the octopus his world, including his toys and activities, and then decides to take it out to explore the world, at least as far as the nearby shopping street, which is decorated for Christmas.

Christmas animated short films have been a tradition at Disney. As early as 1927, even before the creation of Mickey Mouse, Disney released an animated short featuring its first character, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Since then, Mickey, Donald, and Pluto have been featured many times in Christmas-themed stories, such as Mickey’s Christmas Carol (1932), Pluto’s Christmas Tree (1952), and Merry Christmas, Mickey and Donald (2016).
