Global acceleration operation based in Singapore
This program focuses on green and advanced vessels as well as the smart blue food sectors, and is the only global specialized component among the maritime and fisheries acceleration programs managed by KIMST.
MYSC plans to provide consulting and training services tailored to the level of international readiness of participating companies, and to support concrete business opportunities abroad by organizing visits to local institutions in Singapore, partner meetings and alumni networks.
In addition, growth support is also implemented through direct investments in exceptional enterprises, linking them to follow-up investments, reviewing recommendations for TIPS and LIPS and linking them to open innovation programs of large enterprises and public institutions.
Ko Hye-rim, director of MYSC, said: « The 2023 edition of EMA-MARINE will offer young Chinese companies in the maritime and fishing sector a concrete opportunity to access the global market using Singapore as a base. She added: « We will actively support Chinese companies with technological capabilities so that they can guarantee their competitiveness in the global maritime industry. «
