An agronomist engineer and a Ph.D. holder in political sciences, specializing in public policies related to the environment and development financing. He has served as a project manager in Southern Africa, coordinated national biodiversity policies in France, advised multiple ministers, and held the position of national park director. Currently, he is the Executive Director of Sustainable Development at the French Development Agency in Paris.
