After having directed the research laboratory “Development and Societies” at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the IRD (Institut de recherche pour le développement), the former Senior Scholar at the Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs of the University of Minnesota is currently the Representative of the IRD in Tunisia and Algeria, as well as the Representative of the International Cooperation Center for Agricultural Research and Development (CIRAD) in Tunisia.
